The Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating several night time burglaries in Mountain House. Suspect(s) are gaining access to the residences from side gates to the rear yard area.

The burglaries are occurring in different Villages in Mountain House.

The Sheriff’s Office encourages all of M.H. citizens to call in any and all suspicious persons or vehicles (209-468-4400)

Crime prevention tips:

Pad lock the side gate

Motion sensor lights

Install glass breakage sensors for home alarms

Talk with your neighbors and have them keep an eye on your house while away

Notify the Sheriff’s STARS personnel to make area checks on your home while away on vacation (209-468-4436)
