Nader functions as the City Engineer for the District approving all the plans and specifications for various projects and managing construction of infrastructure.

Working in Mountain House, Nader and his wife Natasha fell in love with the community. The beauty and safety of the community as well as the quality of education and the community's commitment to the Master Plan for the development of the town was the reason they bought a house and moved to Mountain House, where their daughter walks to school and he walks or rides his bike to work. Their children play in the parks and they take family walks along the MH Creek and various pathways in the community.
